The Inverted Spire

Overview

The Inverted Spire is a Strike from the base Destiny 2 game in Arcadian Valley on Nessus, playable from the Strikes playlist or the Nessus map in the Director. Shown at the game's gameplay premiere and the only PvE activity in the beta.

Encounters

Investigate Red Legion Cabal mining, cross Vex-controlled areas, assault the drill site, then fight Protheon, Modular Mind, which cycles elemental damage types. Minibosses include Bracus Rulaitl and Episkeptis, the Uninvited. Nightfall versions use Barrier and Unstoppable Champion modifiers.

Rewards

Exclusive reward: the Trichromatica Exotic Ghost shell. Other loot comes from the activity's reward pool.
