Surge Protector

Overview

Surge Protector is a Triumph that requires the completion of 48 zone captures in Control or 48 Surges in Eruption. The triumph description notes that players earn bonus progress for defeating opponents while Surging or Primed.

How to complete

To earn progress toward this triumph, players must engage in the following activities:

• Play Control and complete zone captures.
• Play Eruption and complete Surges.

Progress is tracked via the objective "Zone captures or Surges complete (0/48)."

In Control, stand within a capturable zone until ownership changes; play the objective instead of relying only on kills. In Eruption, get two eliminations in one life to become Surging; assists count toward this streak. Five kills in one life make you Primed. Continue defeating opponents in these states for bonus progress, and protect the streak by recovering behind cover between fights. Either branch fills the same 48-point objective.

Its reward includes 10 Event Token. Its reward includes Event XP+.
