Shortened Barrel is a Basic-rarity Barrel perk from Season 20. It greatly improves handling at the cost of range and stability, so the weapon readies and swings faster but reaches less far and aims less steadily.

Handling increases by +20. Range decreases by -5 and stability decreases by -5.

Availability

Conditional Finality is the only weapon with this roll, so it is uncommon.

Compared with other handling perks

Short-Action Stock gives +15 handling with no range or stability penalty, so it is the cleaner way to get handling if your weapon has a stock slot to spare.
