Scoroboth

Scoroboth, Son of Xivu Arath, is a Hive Knight of Xivu Arath's Horde and the boss of the Ruins of Wrath mission. Called the Undying Emissary, he is supposed to be the first child of Xivu Arath the game showed who was not Taken. He first appeared in Season of the Lost.

Encounter

Hive forces fight for him behind an immunity shield, and only an Awoken Relic can break it. Once broken, he attacks with his Cleaver. After losing a third of his health, he teleports to the Undercroft and fights the Guardian one-on-one. The shield regenerates each time he loses another third of his health, until he dies.

Background

When the Hive first invaded the Ascendant Realm, Scoroboth led his mother's forces in the initial attack on Awoken territory. His enemies imprisoned him beneath a tower after failing to kill him, as Mara Sov recalls in the mission.
