Psion Commander

Psion Commanders are a Cabal enemy type from the Psion species. They coordinate the Red Legion in the timelines created by The Sundial.

Overview

They first appeared in Season of Dawn and later in Season of the Risen. Their shield bubble makes them immune to weapon damage, so they must be killed in melee.

Where they appear

• The Sundial and Psion Flayer encounters, where they defend Vex sync plates and the Psion Flayer sisters. In The Sundial they halt plate capture until they die.
• Vox Obscura, an Exotic mission. There they shield the Psion Codewardens and Qabix, Insurgent, and their shields drop when they die.

In the Niruul fight, Commanders shield the boss after she loses a third of her health.
