Overcharge Capacitor is the intrinsic of the Exotic Arc Auto Rifle Centrifuse. Sprinting, sliding and firing build a charge that increases range and reload speed. A manual reload resets the charge. Final blows at high charge cause explosions, and at 100% charge the explosions Blind targets for 10 seconds.

Kills above about 40% charge explode for 174 damage in PvE (76 in PvP) in a 12 metre radius. The weapon's other exotic perk is Regenerative Motion, which reloads it gradually while you sprint.
