Blind

Overview

Blind is an Arc debuff. Blinded combatants are disoriented and cannot fire their weapons. Opposing Guardians lose their HUD and have their vision obscured.

Champions

Against Unstoppable Champions, Blind stuns them instead of disabling their weapons.
