History of Optus

Optus is a military rank in the Cabal held by Psions who have been given military rank. Optus are seen almost exclusively in the Imperial Cabal, with at least one in the Barant Imperium. The rank was first seen in Season of the Chosen and also appears in Season of the Risen and Season of the Haunted. The position it gives Psions in the Cabal hierarchy is not confirmed, though they are generally placed above ordinary Psions.

Named Optus include Optus Vocca, Optus Namic, Optus Taxaat, Optus Haseth, Optus Siluu and Optus Ulios, the last three of whom are Coalition allies.
