Might of Riven

Might of Riven are Major Taken Knights of Savathûn's Brood, first seen in the Last Wish raid. They are armed with Cleavers and slow the fireteam's progress toward Riven. In the Vault encounter, one to three Mights spawn once an Eye of Riven is killed and its Taken Essence is picked up. The number depends on how many essences were loaded into the Security Mechanism during that phase. A Might rushes the nearest plate and plants its sword in it, which overloads the mechanism and kills the whole group, so killing the Mights is essential to finishing the encounter. They also appear in the Riven's Heart encounter and in the Exotic mission The Other Side.
