History of Mercury

Mercury is the first planet of the Sol System, transformed by the Vex into a Machine World. Once a Golden Age garden world, it was "baked in the Sun's glare".

Regions

Caloris Basin holds Fields of Glass (with the Infinite Forest and the Lighthouse), Pariah's Refuge and Sundial Spire. The Languid Sea includes Icarus, a former solar farm.

Activities

The Lighthouse (for Flawless Trials of Osiris players), the Infinite Forest simulation, strikes and adventures such as "The Runner" and "Bug in the System", and Crucible maps like Altar of Flame.

NPCs

Osiris and the Cult of Osiris; the Sunbreakers have a Forge here; Saint-14's tomb lies in the Simulant Future.

Status

Destinypedia says Mercury was vaulted in Season of Arrivals and has returned in later content; verify current availability in-game.
