Mars Resonance

Overview

Mars Resonance is a triumph in Destiny 2 that requires increasing the Resonance Rank of the Mars Obelisk.

How to complete

1. Unlock the Mars Obelisk through the Osiris quest "Mars: Obelisk Attunement", a series of simple objectives. A glitch sometimes hides Osiris's quests, so talk to him repeatedly if the quest does not appear.
2. Raise the Obelisk's Resonance Rank by turning in Polarized Fractaline to it. Resonance Ranks work like ranking up at any other vendor.
3. Get Polarized Fractaline from season pass and season rank rewards, Sundial completions, certain Obelisk Enhancements, and Obelisk bounties.
4. Each rank-up grants a reward engram with seasonal Righteous armor and unlocks more Obelisk bounties. Rank-ups also unlock Obelisk Enhancements, and later ranks unlock seasonal armor mods.
5. Higher ranks matter for the Sundial. At Resonance Rank 11, the Signal Strength Enhancement lets you link one more Obelisk to the Sundial, so pairing the Mars and Tangled Shore Obelisks gives four weapon choices at the end of a Sundial run.
