History of MCXXV.

Overview

MCXXV. is a lore triumph from the Chronicon, a lore book added with Season of Opulence. It was recorded by Scribe Ixolt and is filed under Emperor Calus and Savathûn.

As Calus and his Shadow of Earth nearly conquer the system, a rift opens inside the Leviathan and Savathûn's Hive pour into its corridors. Calus orders the Shadow of Earth to purge the Hive from his ship. The Shadow exterminates Savathûn's children and then kills Savathûn herself on her throne. A footnote addressed to Scribe Shagac warns against making grand assumptions about unknowable future technologies.

How to complete

Chronicon entries are unlocked by upgrading the Chalice of Opulence. The Chronicon is propaganda in Calus's favor, so its accounts of events, including predicted future ones, are told from his side.
