Overview
Loquitor IV is a Legendary Kinetic Auto Rifle built on the High-Impact Frame, so it fires slowly for heavy damage and is steadier when stationary or aiming down sights. Its curated roll pairs a GA Post, SD Thermal or LC Ranged sight option with Ricochet Rounds, Appended Mag or Alloy Magazine, and the trait High-Impact Reserves, which makes the last rounds in the magazine hit harder. The Häkke-made rifle ships with a default shader resembling the New Monarchy Succession shader, and its flavor text is "The rifle speaks for itself."
Acquisition
Loquitor IV is a New Monarchy faction weapon from Year 1, released in the Curse of Osiris season. It was a drop from New Monarchy Engrams, awarded when you ranked up with Executor Hideo during an active Faction Rally; the Hideo page on the D2 Wiki lists it as the Winner's Offering for the first rally of that season. Faction Rallies have not been a regular event since, so check the current collection or vendor pool rather than assuming it can still be earned.
