Overview

LETTER 4 is the fourth page of the lore book Your Friend, Micah Abram, added with Beyond Light in November 2020. Micah Abram writes it to the Traveler about a month after the family arrives at Eventide on Europa. Its objective is Progress (0/4).

How to complete

The book's pages unlock by collecting the penguin souvenirs scattered across Europa and returning them to the spare room of the communications center in Charon's Crossing. Track your collection on the book's triumph, which counts stories gathered out of nine.

Letter

The colony is still mostly indoors. Micah attends school with about 50 children, and every child received a penguin plushie. She names her second penguin Calumet, after an aeronaut who died on the way to Mars, and says that fear of dying just before a discovery frightens her. She ends by describing a recurring dream of standing on a frozen lake as an Exo, which her father says will repeat until she understands its message.
