History of In Anânh, Brood Queen

Overview

In Anânh, Brood Queen is a Hive Wizard of Ultra rank and the consort of Hiraks, the Mindbender. The Spider identifies her as a Hive Brood Queen and a traitor to her kin. Her canonical spelling uses the letter â.

She first appeared in Destiny 2: Forsaken and is the main boss of the Broodhold Strike. She nests on the Tangled Shore near the Jetsam of Saturn and a crashed Hive warship.

With Hiraks, she tried to infuse Ether into Hive Knights and Worms, with partial success. After Hiraks died, the Spider sent a Fireteam to kill her. She fought the Guardians in her nest, transformed into a Void Shade, and was destroyed by soulfire.
