Ignite

Overview

Ignite is a Solar effect. It makes a target explode in a damaging Solar blast with an 8-meter default radius. Base damage scales with the target's maximum health, and the explosion can trigger other Solar effects and perks.

How it is applied

The main way is Scorch stacks: 100 total stacks on one target. Stacks from several Guardians combine. Some aspects, exotic weapon perks, enhanced melee and Super effects can ignite a target directly.

Scorch lasts 4.5 seconds in PvE and 2 seconds in PvP, and stacks decay without reapplication.
