Ghost Reputation Increment

The Ghost Reputation Increment is a currency item that gives a small boost to your Ghost Reputation in the Pale Heart. It is the reward for the Blighted Skirmish triumph, which has you travel to the Transgression and defeat Ithriks, the Lost. Both were introduced in Season 24.

Ghost Reputation is earned through Pathfinder objectives, Overthrow, Lost Sectors, Cysts and chests in the Pale Heart.
