Floating Boots

Overview

Floating Boots is a Legendary Hunter Leg Armor piece of the Floating Armor Set, a Year 1 faction armor set tied to Trials of the Nine. Its flavor text is signed by the Emissary of the Nine. The set grants improved Resilience and Recovery and carries the Survivalist Hunter Armor intrinsic.

The Floating Armor Set also includes Floating Cowl, Floating Vest, Floating Grips, and the class item Cloak Relentless.

Acquisition

Obtained in Year 1 (Destiny 2: Warmind, Season 3) from Trials of the Nine, the Crucible event: complete Trials tickets and earn rank-up packages from the Emissary of the Nine at the Third Spire. Trials of the Nine has since been retired and replaced by Trials of Osiris (from Season of the Worthy), and this armor is a legacy item that can no longer be obtained. It is not craftable and has no Adept version. A "Trials Prestige" ornament set existed for it, exclusive to Season 2.
