Executioner's Hoard

Overview

The Executioner's Hoard is a Triumph in Destiny 2 worth 25 score. The objective is to loot the Executioner's Hoard chest, which is the final reward step of the Memory Alembic quest from The Witch Queen. The chest has no fixed map position. You reach it through Deepsight nodes in Savathûn's Throne World.

How to complete

1. Level up Fynch in Savathûn's Throne World to unlock Deepsight Tier 2. This makes new Deepsight nodes appear.
2. Collect Qualichor by defeating Lucent Brood Executioners and Lucent Hive Inquisitors. Only one Lucent Brood Executioner counts per day per account, and Executioner and Inquisitor progress each reward once per day, so do both daily.
3. Return to Fynch to finish the quest. Its final step grants a Refined Qualichor, which opens the Executioner's Hoard chest.
4. When an Inquisitor group spawns, you will see the message 'Lucent Hive Inquisitors in your sector'. Defeat the waves of glowing Lucent Hive enemies and their commanders (Ogre, Wizard and Knight), then claim the reward chest.
5. Interact with the Deepsight node behind the reward chest and follow its trail to a spiky Hive chest. Open it with your Refined Qualichor. Opening it grants the triumph and a piece of Legendary gear.
6. For the Ascended Bounty Hunter triumph (Gumshoe title), repeat the process in all three Throne World areas: Miasma (Witch's Echo), Fluorescent Canal (Queen's Bailey) and Quagmire (Alluring Curtain).

Tips

• Check all three areas each day. Deepsight nodes and Inquisitor spawns change between areas, so the process can take several days.
• Executioners and Inquisitors appear at random, so expect the Qualichor steps to be slow.
• The quest dates from The Witch Queen (2022), so later updates may have changed the steps.
