History of Eriana's Vow

Eriana's Vow is an Exotic Hand Cannon (Solar, Energy slot, Special ammo) tied to Shadowkeep.

Overview

• Intrinsic perk: //Looks Can Kill//. It fires special shield-piercing ammunition and has a scope, making it effective against Barrier Champions.
• Curated roll: Extended Barrel, Accurized Rounds, Death at First Glance (bonus damage on opening shots while aiming down sights) and Polymer Grip.
• Archetype: Hand Cannon. Impact and Range are maxed at 100, but Stability (30) and Handling (23) are low.

Acquisition

• Historical: Season Pass reward in Season of the Undying.
• Current: the Exotic Archive at the Tower for a Shadowkeep Exotic (requires owning Shadowkeep). The cost is one Exotic Cipher, one Ascendant Shard and 100,000 Glimmer. The Monument to Lost Lights was an older path; the Exotic Archive is the current one.

Catalyst

The catalyst comes from the quest The Vow and is unlocked by defeating 400 enemies with the weapon. It grants More to Give, raising magazine size from 6 to 9 and reloading the weapon automatically after holstering.
