History of Enforcer Rao

Overview

Enforcer Rao is a Psion who once served the Imperial Cabal but defected to the Barant Imperium, judging Empress Caiatl's approach weak. She leads the Totality Division, ostensibly law enforcement for the Lawless Frontier and Tharsis Outpost but in secret a shelter for fellow Psions.

Quests

In Destiny 2: Renegades she helps the Guardian by providing an Imperium callsign and uniforms to infiltrate Imperium supply operations and destroy Nightfall Station.
