Dredge Chieftain

Overview

Dredge Chieftains are Major-ranked Scorn Chieftains, a Fallen race. They first appeared in Forsaken and returned in The Witch Queen.

Role in the Ether Harvest

In the Ether Harvest public event (also called the Ether Ritual), three Chieftains spawn one at a time, one of each element, among weaker Scorn enemies. Each one spawns beside a Servitor. When a Chieftain dies, its Servitor releases clouds of Dark Ether toward the central Servitor, and destroying every cloud as it appears triggers the Heroic version of the event. Three Chieftains must be defeated before the Ether Abomination boss fight.

Locations

They appear in the Dreaming City and Savathûn's Throne World, and previously in the Tangled Shore while it was a destination.

Abilities

Chieftains have an Absorption Shield, an Ether Totem, high durability and rapid movement.
