Distributary

The Distributary is both the Awoken's home planet and the pocket universe it sits in. The universe was reached through a gravitational singularity created when Light and Darkness clashed during the Collapse, and the Awoken chose the name to acknowledge that their world came from another universe and was cut off from its parent. Mara Sov entered first, followed by Alis Li, who shaped a habitable world. The two called the crew and passengers of the Yang Liwei back into existence as the Awoken, and the ship, buried headfirst in the bedrock, became known as the Shipspire.
