Detonation has a brief disorienting effect.

Overview
Grenades fired from this Grenade Launcher blind enemies caught in the blast, and the blast radius is greatly reduced. The blind reaches enemies a few meters from the detonation, which makes it useful for crowd control in tight spaces.
History
- Renamed from "Blinding Grenades" in patch 7.0.0.1 to avoid confusion with the Arc Blind debuff.
- Patch 6.3.0 switched the effect from the old blinding screen to the newer Arc Blind effect, with a dimmer screen effect.
- Patch 4.0.0.1 reduced blinding and concussion grenade damage by 25% on Breech Grenade Launchers.
