Defender of the Innocent

Overview

Defender of the Innocent is a Triumph in Destiny 2. It requires you to purchase or upgrade any defense in Onslaught: Salvation.

How to complete

Onslaught: Salvation is a wave-based defense activity, a variant of Onslaught from Episode: Revenant. You defend the Advanced Defensive Unit (ADU) against waves sent by Fikrul. It can be played in Widow's Court (European Dead Zone), Kell's Grave (Tangled Shore) and Eventide Ruins (Europa). If the ADU is destroyed, the activity ends.

1. Earn Scrap by scoring during the waves.
2. Spend Scrap on a defense at the start of each set of waves and again after the 3rd and 6th waves.
3. Buy any defense: the original Onslaught defenses, mountable turrets or air strike terminals. Either buying a new one or upgrading an existing one counts. Defenses can be upgraded after certain waves.

Tips: Saboteurs and Champions try to occupy the area around the ADU. Defeating them can drop ADU batteries, which you throw at the ADU or a defense to repair it. The 3rd and 9th waves bring tougher enemies, and some need Ether cannons to strip their shields.
