Brawn can be activated in the Buildcraft Stakes section of Ops activity customization on Grandmaster difficulty or higher.

Brawn Buildcraft Stake (added Season 28) requires completing an activity with the Brawn health model modifier active.
How to complete
- Open Ops activity customization, on Grandmaster difficulty or higher.
- In the Buildcraft Stakes section, enable the Brawn health model.
- Complete the activity.
A similar triumph, Brawn Player Stake, does the same from the Player Stakes section in the Portal. Available modifiers rotate daily, so Brawn is not always listed.
