Banshee-44

Black Scorpion-4sr is a Legendary Rapid-Fire Scout Rifle (Arc, Energy slot) from the Year 1 Gunsmith pool in Destiny 2.

The intrinsic gives full-auto fire. Curated roll: Full Bore, Tactical Mag, Moving Target; random rolls include Outlaw, Rampage, Dragonfly and Snapshot Sights. Made by VEIST.

Acquisition

A Year 1 (Destiny 2) Legendary from the Gunsmith: earn rank-up packages from Banshee-44 (Gunsmith Engrams). It was re-implemented as a Year 2 weapon. The sources I opened list no craftable or Adept version, and say nothing about current sunset or focusing status.
