== Summary ==

The entry gives the origins of Reksis Vahn, the Hangman, a starved, cast-aside Dreg who became a brutal Scorn Baron. He resented the Fallen house system and its worship of Servitors, and channelled childhood suffering into killing Servitors and inflicting tenfold what he endured. It opens with a warning from a Fallen text translated by C.C. LaGrange: once infliction is tinged with joy, you are a beast. Set on the Tangled Shore.
