History of Adagio

Overview

Adagio is a Season 15 Legendary trait. After a kill, the weapon fires, charges, or draws more slowly for about five seconds, and in that window it deals more damage. The trade-off depends on the weapon family. Reported figures, as damage increase / rate-of-fire decrease: Hand Cannon +25% / -15%, Auto Rifle +25% / -20%, Bow +20% / -20%, Shotgun +20% / -20%, Fusion Rifle +27% / -15%, Grenade Launcher +25% / -20%, and Linear Fusion Rifle +25% / -15%. Live values may differ.

It suits weapons that already have a natural pause between shots. Bows, shotguns and fusion rifles are commonly paired with it, while rapid-fire autos lose much of the bonus to the slowdown. An Enhanced version also exists.
