History of A Warm Welcome

A Warm Welcome is a triumph for summoning and defeating Bracus Payne, the Called Hand in the Dreaming City. It is worth 30 points and is part of the Dreaming City triumphs.

How to complete

Travel to the Dreaming City and run Patrol activities.

Bracus Payne, a Taken Centurion, is deployed at a Taken Blight that Guardians are attacking or have destroyed. Destroy Blights during patrol to trigger the summon.

Defeat him. He uses a Void projection rifle, teleports and makes kinetic quake attacks, so keep moving and use cover.

Notes

• Destinypedia states that after Beyond Light, Bracus Payne was replaced with a Blighted Centurion in the open world, although the triumph's objective is listed as obtainable. Because of this I could not confirm the current exact summon trigger; treat the steps above as the pre-Beyond Light method and check the in-game triumph.
• Destinypedia gives no precise Blight spawn requirements.
