Shard or Keep reports that each hit grants a stack for 1 second, up to 5 stacks. Each stack adds flinch resistance and reduces weapon shake and reticle bounce by 15%. Hand Cannons and Scout Rifles earn 2 stacks per hit, Pulse Rifles and Sidearms 1.5.
