History of Wrathbearer

Overview

Wrathbearer is the title for the Warlord's Ruin dungeon, released 1 December 2023 during Season of the Wish (per Destinypedia), set in a Dark Age castle in the mountains of the European Dead Zone that the Scorn have claimed. It requires 10 triumphs. Per the guides, completing the triumphs also improves drop chances for the Buried Bloodline Exotic sidearm, and the title comes with a Ghost shell reward (Destinypedia lists Zira's Shell as a dungeon Ghost shell reward; whether it is the title reward specifically is not stated).

Required triumphs

• Warlord's Ruin - the parent triumph; collect the dungeon's armor, weapons and cosmetics.
• Collect the Debts of Kings, O Vengeance Mine - complete the dungeon (three encounters: Rathil, First Broken Knight; the tempest; Hefnd's Vengeance).
• Heed the Whispers, O Vengeance Mine - find all 10 Ahamkara bones in the dungeon. Locations: bones 10 and 1 early, 2, 4 and 7 in the prison maze, 3, 5 and 6 after the second boss, 8 and 9 in the mountain interior, mostly behind dispel doors that need quest progress.
• She Stood Alone, O Vengeance Mine - complete every encounter solo without leaving the activity.
• Before Your Clans, Mine Thrived, O Vengeance Mine - full fireteam of clanmates.
• Show Me Your Prowess, O Vengeance Mine - full fireteam of the same class.
• Carry My Roar Like Thunder, O Vengeance Mine - full fireteam of Arc subclasses.
• Your Fury Burns Bright, O Vengeance Mine - full fireteam of Solar subclasses.
• Feast Upon the Gulf, O Vengeance Mine - full fireteam of Void subclasses.
• Withstand the Siege, O Vengeance Mine - complete on Master difficulty (20 Power deficit per the guide).

Tips

Per DualShockers you only need the required subclass before completing each encounter, not throughout. Pair subclass, class and clan runs to save time. Solo and Master are the hard ones. DualShockers lists the same ten triumphs (with the Warlord's Ruin badge as the collection triumph) and says the title is cosmetic. None of the opened sources describe gilding. A Bungie forum thread reports players with all triumphs complete but no title shown, so check the seal in-game.

Rewards

• Wrathbearer title, plus improved Buried Bloodline odds.
