History of Wormgod Caress

Wormgod Caress is an Exotic Titan gauntlets piece from Destiny 2: Warmind. Its lore ties to Nokris pledging himself to Xol, and the flavor text is from Eris Morn.

Overview

Its exotic perk, Burning Fists, originally let melee kills increase melee damage for a time. As of update 7.3.0 (Season of the Wish) it is a five-tier meter built by melee kills and finishers, boosting melee and Glaive melee damage and, at higher tiers, weapon damage. Stacks decay gradually through earlier tiers.

Acquisition

• Given by Commander Zavala for completing the Warmind campaign.
• Also available as an Exotic engram drop or an extremely rare world drop, and via the New Light Armor Requisition.
