William Moffat

Overview

William Moffat was the Director of the Department of External Observation (DEO). He is listed as Director on the DEO's Timelost DEO Documents, where he signed the welcome letter to Louis Yero.

Project BLUE DOOR

According to the Introduction Letter (1967), Moffat reactivated Project BLUE DOOR. He believed something had taken Dr. Davis and Louis Yero into another dimension, so the team worked to build a path after them and opened a 15-centimetre tear.
