History of Vex Offensive: Final Assault

Overview

Vex Offensive: Final Assault was the end-of-season version of Vex Offensive in Season of the Undying, played in the Black Garden on The Moon. Instead of Crotheon, the final boss was the Undying Mind, summoned from thousands of timelines; destroying it secured the Black Garden and contained the Vex incursion.

Mechanics

• Kill Minotaurs, collect the Vex craniums they drop and use the laser to strip the boss's shield; this takes several charges.
• Then use your strongest damage weapons. Sources recommended the Exotic sniper Izanagi's Burden.
• You have three total rotations to kill it. The Mind also summons Seekers during damage phases.

Status

Sunset along with Vex Offensive when Season of Dawn launched.
