History of Vex Laser Rifle

The Vex Laser Rifle is the standard-issue Vex trace rifle, carried by Minotaurs, Harpies and Hobgoblins. It fires a Void-damage energy beam. Unlike Guardian trace rifles, it sweeps across an area rather than focusing on one target, so the usual answer is to take cover until the beam passes.

Notable wielders

• Tym, Guardian Slayer wields it. Tym is one of the possible final bosses of Breach Executable. It summons hordes of Harpies, and at half health it becomes immune until two Kitharodes, Choral Minds, are defeated.
• The Chronology Rifle is a stronger variant used only by giant Cyclops such as Dendron, Root Mind.
