Uorgotha

Uorgotha, Scourge of the Deep is a Taken Ogre in the service of Xivu Arath and a rotating final boss of Salvage. He first appeared in Season of the Deep.

Encounter

After his vanguard falls, Uorgotha kneels beneath a crystal behind an immunity shield. Destroying the crystal summons many Taken, and he attacks while standing still. Once most reinforcements are dead, his shield drops and he advances in a straight line, slamming nearby players. The front is immune: only the pulsating sacs on his back take damage, and Blight pools on the floor should be avoided.

At each checkpoint his shield returns and he summons Val Ca'Uor with more Taken. This cycle repeats until he is defeated, and Val Ca'Uor returns if still alive once the activity ends.

Big Fish

Defeating Uorgotha counts toward the Big Fish triumph, which needs both unique Salvage bosses, Azshradat and Uorgotha. Because the bosses rotate weekly, a player who has beaten one may need to wait for the other to appear.
