History of Truth to Power

Overview

Truth to Power is the completion record for the eleven-entry Forsaken lore book of the same name. The book contributed to the original Chronicler seal. Its messages to The Guardian use shifting identities and misleading claims as part of Savathûn's scheme to generate Imbaru.

Original completion route

1. During the strongest week of the Dreaming City curse, complete Petra Venj's Gateway Between Worlds bounty through Blind Well to receive an Offering to the Oracle.
2. Take the offering to the Oracle Engine in the Spine of Keres. Use the strong-curse portal to enter the Queen's Court and open its reward chest for the next lore entry.
3. Return on successive strong-curse cycles until all eleven entries are collected. The original route was time-gated by the three-week curse cycle.

Current availability

With Beyond Light on 10 November 2020, lore through Season of Arrivals became freely readable. Historical earned-page totals remain separate, and reading the book does not newly earn its legacy record or the retired Chronicler title. There is no separate equipment reward for this book-completion record.
