Trinity Ghoul Catalyst

Overview

Trinity Ghoul Catalyst is the catalyst-completion record for Trinity Ghoul, an Exotic Arc Combat Bow in the Energy slot. Defeat 400 targets with Trinity Ghoul to complete the upgrade.

Acquisition and completion

Obtain Trinity Ghoul and its catalyst, which can drop from Strike, Crucible and Gambit activity completions. Apply the catalyst through the weapon inspection screen, then score final blows with the bow. A combatant-rich activity such as Altars of Sorrow provides repeated targets. Use precision final blows to charge Lightning Rod, then fire its chain-lightning shots into groups to progress faster. Finish the counter and apply the completed upgrade.

Upgrade

The catalyst grants Forked Lightning, allowing Lightning Rod to trigger from any Arc damage final blow, rather than requiring a precision final blow. This makes repeated chain-lightning shots easier to sustain. Completion has no Triumph Score or separate equipment reward.
