Touch of the Deep

Touch of the Deep is a damage-over-time debuff in the Blind Well public event at the Font of Starlight in the Dreaming City. It is applied when the five-second timer from Touch of the Sky runs out after a player leaves the protective sphere. While it is active, the player takes steady damage that can eventually kill them.

During phases one to four the mist outside the sphere is tied to this effect. An Anathema-dropped sphere grants the Harmony buff for 15 seconds, which blocks Touch of the Deep damage. In phase five the mist clears and the debuff no longer applies.
