History of The When and Where

Overview

The When and Where is a Stasis Rocket Launcher with an adaptive frame, a heavy weapon. Like every legendary weapon in the raid it carries the origin trait Frame of Reference: final blows temporarily grant increased damage, reload speed and range, and the effect is frozen while the weapon is stowed. Reconstruction with Bait and Switch was the suggested roll, and Chill Clip and Explosive Light are on its perk pool; reviewers felt existing rocket launchers such as Cold Comfort outperform it.

Acquisition

Drops from The Desert Perpetual, the The Edge of Fate raid, in its normal version. Legendary gear from the raid can be farmed repeatedly; only the exotic Whirling Ovation is limited to once per character per week.
