History of The Wardcliff Coil

The Wardcliff Coil is an Exotic Rocket Launcher from Year One of Destiny 2, dealing Arc damage.

Overview

Its intrinsic perk, Mad Scientist, fires a long volley of rockets (eight before reloading). Other perks listed include Volatile Launch (bigger blast radius), Extended Mag and Mechanized Autoloader.

Acquisition

• Exotic engrams and extremely rare world drops.
• Xûr has occasionally stocked it.

Catalyst

The Wardcliff Coil Catalyst adds Pinpoint Guidance Module (improved projectile tracking). It drops from Heroic or Nightfall Strikes and is completed by defeating enemies with the weapon.

Trivia
