The Stargazer

The Stargazer is a chapter of Cloud Strider Legacies, unlocked through Stargazer, the memorial-restoration quest in Lightfall. The book records the history of Neomuna's Cloud Striders.

Finish Welcome to the Hall of Heroes and collect Stargazer from Quinn Laghari in the Hall of Heroes.
Complete Terminal Overload and loot its normal reward chest. Defeat the Vex Hydra in Esi Terminal to obtain the high-security passcode.
Obtain a Terminal Overload Key from Neomuna public events, chests or patrols. Finish Terminal Overload again and spend the key on its separate locked reward chest.
Return to the Hall of Heroes, restore the Stargazer memorial and speak with Quinn Laghari. Completing the quest unlocks the first two Cloud Strider Legacies entries, including this chapter.

The chapter is a lore reward for that quest progression.
