The Only Oracle for You

Overview

The Only Oracle for You is the Oracles encounter challenge in Vault of Glass. It awards 10 Triumph score and contributes to the Fatebreaker seal. Complete the encounter while the challenge is active without any player destroying the same Oracle spawn location twice during that attempt.

How to complete

1. Agree on names for all seven Oracle positions in the Templar's Well, then assign six players to cover them. One position assignment must cover two Oracles.
2. Watch the preview sequence and destroy the Oracles in the announced order. Each player must remember which spawn locations they have already destroyed.
3. After each wave, rotate assignments around the room in an agreed direction. Keep the same rotation through all five waves so players receive fresh locations rather than returning to an Oracle they already destroyed.
4. Clear dangerous Vex between waves and communicate the order before shooting. A player can destroy more than one Oracle in a wave provided they never repeat a spawn location across the encounter.

The restriction is about each player's Oracle history across the attempt. Resetting the firing order for the next wave does not reset which locations that player has already destroyed.

Rewards

Completing the active challenge grants the record and an additional encounter reward chest. Its Fatebreaker progress is separate from completing the challenge on Master difficulty for Master-specific loot.

Additional rewards

Completing this Triumph increases the initial drop chance of Vex Mythoclast.
