The Liar

Overview

The Liar is a lore book introduced in Season of the Worthy, unlocked by kills with Felwinter's Lie. It tells the story of Felwinter, an amnesiac Exo who passes through three roles: wanderer, Warlord and Iron Lord.

Story

Felwinter wakes in a ruined library with no memory and is named by a drone, who later calls herself Felspring. The pair flee meteor strikes and combat frames tied to Rasputin. Felwinter ends up taking over a mountain and its village, reluctantly becoming a warlord. Felspring discovers that SIDDHARTHA GOLEM, a rogue Golden Age process, was an Exo, which means Felwinter is that Exo. Felwinter then joins the Iron Lords in the search for SIVA nanotech. The book ends with the Iron Lords deciding to pursue a Site 6 lead that may be a trap.
