History of The Europan Pyramid

The Europan Pyramid is a Pyramid ship of the Black Fleet hovering over Europa, arrived during the second Black Fleet incursion.

Overview

Its segmented black obsidian-like hull has orange lights marking it as active; inside are coloured stone statues of humanoid and equine figures. It is the first Pyramid seen in full rather than hidden by weather or shadow. Wikipedia notes it hovers silently over Europa's surface from the start of Beyond Light (10 November 2020).

How to get there

Travel to Europa with Beyond Light and follow the campaign; the Pyramid is entered during the story.

Beyond Light

In Beyond Light, the House of Salvation (Eliksni) under Eramis found Stasis there. After the Exo Stranger and others cleared them out, Guardians entered, and the Pyramid raised a ziggurat where they gained Splinters of Darkness and mastered Stasis by communing with a veiled statue. The Exo Stranger is revealed as Elisabeth "Elsie" Bray, sister of Ana Bray.

The Witch Queen

In The Witch Queen (22 February 2022), the Pyramid became a battleground when Cabal defectors tried to claim Darkness artifacts; Guardians set up signal jammers and fought the Cabal while furthering Deepsight by communing with the Darkness statue inside.
