History of Thanatology

Overview

Thanatology is a Triumph in Destiny 2 that requires the player to earn the Last Rite exotic Grenade Launcher. Completing this triumph awards 25 Triumph Score.

How to complete

To complete the triumph, the player must acquire the Last Rite weapon. This can be achieved by completing the Last Wish raid encounter on Normal or Legendary difficulty, or by completing the Last Wish raid on Garden of Salvation Strikes or Garden of Salvation Raid activities where the weapon is available as a drop. The weapon is also obtainable from the Wish-Ender exotic Grenade Launcher questline, which involves completing specific objectives within the Last Wish raid. Once the weapon is in the player's inventory, the triumph will be marked as complete.
