History of Techeun's Regalia Grips

Overview

Techeun's Regalia Grips are Legendary Hunter gauntlets from the Techeun's Regalia set, the dungeon armor of The Shattered Throne. The flavor text is Amanda Holliday's: "Look after the people. The Traveler can take care of itself... I hope."

Worn with a second piece of the set they enable Queensfoil Rush (overshield during a Finisher, slowing burst on a finish). With four pieces they also enable Truth to Power, which builds damage resistance from damage dealt and final blows and boosts ability recharge at max stacks.

Acquisition

Armor drops from any encounter in The Shattered Throne, a dungeon first released in September 2018 for Destiny 2: Forsaken. The Techeun's Regalia set was added to its loot after the Monument of Triumph update, and the dungeon's armor now drops in the tiered system (up to Tier 5) when the dungeon is featured.
