Overview
Techeun's Regalia Cloak is the Hunter Cloak (class item) of the Techeun's Regalia set. It carries a line from Eris Morn: "The same challenge rises before us, and all we can do is survive."
As a class item it counts as a piece of the set for the two-piece Queensfoil Rush and four-piece Truth to Power bonuses (overshield during Finishers, a slowing burst on a finish, then stacking damage resistance and faster ability recharge).
Acquisition
Dropped in The Shattered Throne dungeon. Destinypedia places the dungeon's launch in September 2018 (Destiny 2: Forsaken) and says Techeun's Regalia was introduced after the Monument of Triumph update.
