History of Target Acquired (perk)

Overview

While Personal Assistant is active, this weapon gets better target acquisition and much more precision damage. It also applies a Jolt to the target. It is the perk on the exotic D.A.R.C.I. sniper rifle.

Damage

The in-game text gives no number. A 2017 article reports about 6% more damage against enemies outlined in red by Personal Assistant, and says it also improves aim assist. That figure predates later changes to the weapon and may be outdated.
